Booking Appointments:

New Clients:

• We book new clients one Saturday a month. Our next opening is 5/10/25.

• Please check our pricing and FAQ’s prior to your apppointment.

• Clients are encouraged to arrive approximately 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This allows time for finding parking and completing necessary paperwork. In order to service every client, we have a 10 minute late grace period.

Cancellation and Tardiness Policy:

• Brows Studio City values punctuality and appointment adherence.

• Clients are required to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment time to avoid a 100% service fee charge.

• No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Confidentiality Policy:

• Client health history questionnaires and conversations with your esthetician is confidential.

• Client and email databases are kept confidential and not shared with outside companies or organizations.

Special Conditions Policy:

• Clients with special needs or accommodations required should notify the esthetician before reserving services.

• A brief questionnaire designed to address special conditions will be completed upon check-in.

Minimum Age Policy:

• Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent sign a consent form and waiver acknowledging the risks of hair removal treatments.

Children Policy:

• Due to safety hazards in the studio, unattended children under nine years old cannot be accommodated.

• Children under nine may be brought into the waiting area if they are under constant supervision by an accompanying adult.

These policies are in place to ensure a safe, efficient, and respectful experience for all clients at Brows Studio City. Clients are encouraged to read and adhere to these policies to have the best possible experience.
