Arrival & Parking
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for parking and paperwork.
We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client’s time.
Cancellation & Tardiness
At Brows Studio City, punctuality ensures a seamless experience for everyone.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Confidentiality
Your privacy matters.
Health history forms and all conversations with your esthetician remain strictly confidential.
Client information and email databases are never shared with outside companies or organizations.
Special Conditions
If you require special accommodations, please notify us before booking.
A brief questionnaire addressing special conditions will be completed at check-in.
Minimum Age
Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form and waiver acknowledging the risks associated with hair removal treatments.
Children
For safety reasons:
Unattended children under 9 years old cannot be accommodated in the studio.
Children under 9 may remain in the waiting area only with constant adult supervision.
